About Amy:

Amy is a personal trainer at The Marlow Club and she has worked within the fitness industry for 7 years. She started training after a back injury when she was 15 and she fell in love with weight training/CrossFit. She works predominantly with women and focuses on showing them what their bodies are capable of and the strength/confidence they can find within themselves at the gym.
